This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you (either an individual or a single entity) and CASINO PLAYGROUND LTD for the Casino Playground Lounge software application ("the Software"), including the iOS app and any associated documentation.
By installing, copying, or otherwise using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA, do not install or use the Software.
By using Casino Playground Lounge, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA and our Privacy Policy. This EULA is effective from the date you first install or use the Software.
CASINO PLAYGROUND LTD grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Software, subject to the terms of this EULA. This licence includes:
Install and use the Software on iOS devices you own or control for personal entertainment purposes.
Access and use the App's features and online services (including the game catalogue powered by our backend) in accordance with this agreement.
Set a custom username and avatar, save favourite games, and track your progress within the App.

The Software is licensed, not sold. CASINO PLAYGROUND LTD retains all right, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. This EULA does not grant you any rights to trademarks or service marks of CASINO PLAYGROUND LTD.
All software code, algorithms, designs, graphics, text, game content, and other materials in the Application.
Your personal data and any user-generated content you create using the Software (such as your username and preferences).
Casino Playground Lounge is a social casino entertainment application. It does not constitute real-money gambling. Specifically:
The App is intended for entertainment only. You must be 18 years of age or older to use the App.
Your use of the Software is governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect and process limited data as described in the Privacy Policy. By using the Software, you consent to such collection and processing.
Most user data (progression, missions, favourites, preferences) is stored locally on your device using Hive. You can delete all locally stored data at any time via the "Reset All Data" option in the App's Settings.
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CASINO PLAYGROUND LTD DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. Casino Playground Lounge is an entertainment application and does not guarantee specific outcomes, results, or improvements.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CASINO PLAYGROUND LTD BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES WHATSOEVER ARISING OUT OF THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SOFTWARE.
This includes, but is not limited to, damages for loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or any other commercial damages or losses, even if CASINO PLAYGROUND LTD has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
This EULA is effective until terminated. Your rights under this EULA will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any term of this EULA. Upon termination:
CASINO PLAYGROUND LTD reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Software for any user who violates these terms.
CASINO PLAYGROUND LTD may provide updates, patches, or modifications to the Software from time to time. These updates may be automatically downloaded and installed via the App Store. You acknowledge that the Software may require such updates to continue functioning properly.
We reserve the right to modify this EULA at any time. We will update the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified EULA.
This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from this EULA shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation in the first instance, and thereafter through binding arbitration or the courts of the relevant jurisdiction.
