We do not collect financial information, payment details, or real-money transaction data of any kind, as the App does not involve real-money gambling.

How We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect for the following purposes:

• To provide, operate, and maintain the App and its features
• To power your XP progression, level tracking, mission system, and statistics
• To personalise your in-app experience (username, avatar, favourites)
• To respond to support requests and enquiries

Third-Party Services

Casino Playground Lounge uses a limited number of third-party services to operate the App:

• Supabase: Our backend database provider, used to store and retrieve the game catalogue. Supabase processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy.
• Apple App Store: Distribution and payment processing for any in-app purchases is handled by Apple Inc. under their own privacy terms.

We do not integrate third-party advertising networks, social media trackers, or analytics platforms that collect personal data for advertising purposes.

Local Storage

The App stores certain data locally on your device using Hive, a lightweight local database. This includes:

• Your progression data (XP, level, play streaks)
• Mission progress and completion history
• Favourite games list
• Consent state and app preferences
• Cached game catalogue for offline access

This locally stored data remains on your device and under your control. You can delete it at any time using the "Reset All Data" option in the App's Settings screen. Resetting clears all local data and returns the App to its initial state.

Age Requirements

Casino Playground Lounge is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. The App includes an age verification step during onboarding. We do not knowingly collect data from users under the age of 18.

Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the following rights regarding your personal data:
